How to deal with a stagnation

If there is a stagnation, that is unfortunate. However, ASML has established a clear 3 step approach with all of its 3PL's to overcome them quicky.

Step 1: Raise a disturbance ticket

Make sure to create a disturbance ticket in the Cloud Ticketing Tool.

Step 2: Wait for a response from ASML

Within the ticket, ASML will respond with advise how to fix it. Typically this takes max.  2 hours.

Step 3: Fix!

Done!
