How to exchange or return your ordered goods


Unfortunately you are not satisfied with the products we have delivered to you. If these are not specifically made for you, you can exchange or return them. Maybe you have found product quality issues, but any reason within the 14 day period after your purchase is sufficient for us to help you out. By following the these steps, you can get exchange or return them.

Self-service portal 

The easiest way is to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) by logging onto our Self-service Portal at You can register if you did not already do so before.
