Initial Steps

1. Identify why the customer cannot find the information. Is it not on the portal? Can they just not find it?

2. Drill into the customer profile.

3. Navigate to the BlueJay tab.

4. Look up the logistics information.

Final Steps

2. Email the customer or respond via the portal.

3. Close the ticket
