IT Policy for ad hoc software updates,

 

Resolution 

 

Ad hoc software updates to individual users are allowed in the case when the software is not managed by the company software distribution workflows. 

To request ad hoc software updates the user has to open a ticket in the IT Service Request category.

Ad hoc software updates can only be performed on company-licensed products.
