We will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible, however, if you require a prompt response, you may contact us at 00800 – 86669445 (toll free number) from Monday to Friday (9.00 - 18.00). Stores are temporarily unavailable for Return in Store. All items purchased in the Tommy Hilfiger online store may be returned to us free of charge within 120 days after receipt.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN? RETURN VIA POSTPlace the item(s) you would like to return in the shipping box. Stick the return label that you received with your order on the parcel and make sure to remove or cover the original delivery label. If you’re missing the return label, our Customer Service will be happy to assist you. If the parcel was delivered with GLS / Parcelforce, please drop it off at your nearest postal office. In case the parcel was delivered with UPS, please deposit your return in a UPS Access Point or check UPS.com to arrange a home pick up at your convenience. To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that if offered, ask for a proof of postage. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within 10-14 days, depending on your bank. RETURN IN STOREStores are temporarily unavailable for Return in Store. If you are not completely satisfied with your Tommy.com purchase, for any reason, you may return your item in selected Tommy stores within 120 days of the order being in your posession. Please bring your order confirmation with you when returning items and we will offer you a full refund via the original payment method, provided the items have their original labels and are in the same condition as they were sent. Our store staff will check the product(s) and process your return the same day. You’ll receive a refund email notification and will be refunded within 8 to 10 working days by the same method you used to pay. The following items may not be returned: underwear, swimwear, gift cards, perfumes and make-up (unless in original sealed wrapping). |
